One if the worse experiences at a McDonalds ever. Not open long and the restaurant and bathrooms were filthy. Staff nervous and untrained. Bug in my drink. Didn't even report it to the manager. Wrong burger given even though it was quiet. And spoke to two other customers and they said they have haf terrible service here too. And the play ground is a joke. No stairs up and not fair on my special needs daughter that couldn't even get up. She has never had trouble at any other McDonalds playground before. I use to manage a McDonalds and a kfc and this was shocking. Staff need serious retraining and a stronger team leader.
